CT has been selected for the fourth consecutive year as a collaborating entity in the Activa Industry 4.0 program at the national level to help companies choose the best path towards their digital transformation. Over the past four years, we have developed digital transformation plans for more than 40 companies benefiting from the program.

2 – Digital Transformation Plan and Industry 4.0 Plan

Targeted at any company that does not have access to the EOI/Mincotur Digital Transformation Plan.

At CT, we help companies assess their current digital maturity, and then develop a Digital Transformation Plan to incorporate Industry 4.0 enabling technologies into their business model, with the aim of staying competitive and achieving a successful digital transformation.

The main objective of the consultancy is to study all processes related to both design and production in a transversal and specific manner, in order to develop or establish a Digital Transformation Master Plan that enables the company to create a new standardized way of working.

Digital simulation aims to experiment without taking risks before launching new features or solutions. Creating digital twins of a product, process, or real system allows industrial companies to anticipate and take preventive actions against undesirable events, among other benefits.

To function properly, a digital twin (connected or not) must accurately represent and replicate a real product, process or system. These virtual replicas can avoid downtime, be used to test new business opportunities, plan future scenarios through simulations and customize production.
