For the realization of this project, a virtual model of a pilot building has been constructed, which connects to the physical building to create its digital twin. This aims to optimize the performance of smart buildings through simulations.<\/strong> Additionally, predictions of the building’s future state will be made using techniques based on neural networks (artificial intelligence), thus creating its digital twin.<\/p>\n The objective of the project <\/strong>is to gather and process all the information generated by the Smart Building in a digital environment to improve device management and optimize their usage through simulations in different contexts or scenarios, thus providing a new dimension of control to enhance the management of enclosed spaces.<\/strong><\/p>\n The digital twin, developed by CT Solutions, will enhance operations by collecting real-time information from all systems<\/strong> integrated into the smart building. Furthermore, Artificial Intelligence systems will help prevent unexpected failures<\/strong> while improving building operation and reducing costs.<\/strong> This facilitates asset and personnel tracking in their workplaces and provides greater visibility into management operations.<\/p>\n In terms of building security, this project will facilitate anticipation of security issues and mitigation of risks<\/strong> that may arise, thanks to simulations that assist building managers.<\/p>\n Furthermore, the project offers the possibility of having a secure environment<\/strong> to implement various initiatives, such as improving air quality<\/strong> by ensuring adequate CO2 levels<\/strong> for the safety of individuals, or ensuring the maximum occupancy of the building<\/strong> to comply with health regulations,<\/strong> while simultaneously promoting energy efficiency.<\/strong> Simulations performed in the digital twin will validate the feasibility and effectiveness of these initiatives, allowing the selection of those that are most cost-effective.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_code _builder_version=”4.23.1″ _module_preset=”default” width=”100%” max_width=”100%” module_alignment=”center” min_height=”630px” height=”480px” max_height=”691px” custom_margin=”||15px|||” custom_padding=”||8px|||” global_colors_info=”{}”]
