This allows for the reuse of these batteries and the extraction of the Black Mass, which contains recycled components such as lithium, nickel, cobalt, manganese, copper, and graphite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">CT Solutions&#8217; main challenge in this project has been <strong>the creation of a Digital Twin,<\/strong>providing an overview <strong>and better understanding of the physical process. <\/strong>This increases efficiency <strong>and enables better operational planning<\/strong> and potential plant expansions. Additionally, a 3D Digital Twin has been developed, offering a clear visual representation of the designed facility, including input flow, battery configuration, parameters, as well as operator and plant configuration. These Digital Twin data aid in process analysis and reduce plant startup time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_code _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/tIzkaEJ2270?si=6vs_IIWOHYEBPG4b?modestbranding=1&#038;rel=0&#038;autoplay=1\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>[\/et_pb_code][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; min_height=&#8221;488.9px&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;17px|||||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">These simulations advance and change based on the provided information, allowing for <strong>forecasting<\/strong> and notes on <strong>how to<\/strong> <strong>optimize and modify the project for maximum<\/strong> <strong>efficiency<\/strong>. Additionally, thanks to the outputs provided by the simulations, we have the opportunity to note miscalculations and necessary changes. Another highlight is the ability to <strong>validate dimensions<\/strong> through 3D simulations, allowing for a detailed observation of the necessary dimensions to design the facility and thus <strong>evaluate the increase in plant capacity.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The <strong>success of this project<\/strong> has been achieved thanks to the leadership of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/cl%C3%BAster-de-la-ind%C3%BAstria-d'automoci%C3%B3-de-catalunya\/\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">CIAC &#8211; Catalonia&#8217;s Automotive Industry Cluster<\/span><\/a> and the consortium formed by all participating companies: <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/cypcore\/\" style=\"color: #333399;\">CYP Core<\/a><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/ct-solutions-group\/\" style=\"color: #333399;\">CT Solutions Group<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/ekologica-environment\/\" style=\"color: #333399;\">Ekologica Environment<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/eurecat\/\" style=\"color: #333399;\">Eurecat &#8211;
