Since <strong>the digital twin will allow us to anticipate potential difficulties or changes before implementation<\/strong>, this results in cost savings and an acceleration of the installation&#8217;s start-up.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- divi:paragraph -->To achieve this, <strong>the digital twin will represent the logistical route<\/strong> to be followed by transporters using the new system, as well as those using the current process, using historical data. This allows the simulator to manage real-case data by applying the new process. Factors such as rest periods for transporters, which will be customizable, and the shift schedule for operators will also be taken into account. As a final result, <strong>the 3D simulation model will visualize the movement of trucks currently undergoing processes and the occupancy status of the different areas\/zones of the plant<\/strong> through light signals (traffic light type).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- divi:paragraph -->The <strong>success of this project has been achieved thanks to the leadership of<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/cl%C3%BAster-de-la-ind%C3%BAstria-d'automoci%C3%B3-de-catalunya\/\" style=\"color: #000000;\">CIAC \u2013 Cluster de la Ind\u00fastria d\u2019Automoci\u00f3 de Catalunya<\/a> and the consortium formed by all participating companies: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/cypcore\/\" style=\"color: #000000;\">CYP Core<\/a>, an automotive company, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/ct-solutions-group\/\" style=\"color: #000000;\">CT Solutions Group<\/a>, and subsidized by the <a
